Renaissance Development does amazing work!

I like the people I've worked with at Renaissance, including Monique, David, Manuel, and Johnson, but twice now the work they've done has not matched the contract I signed. The first time they said they'd put expansion seams in cement they poured but they did not. The second time they said they'd remove 3/4 to 1 1/2 inches of mortar but they did not. UPDATE: Renaissance reached out to me and are addressing my concern and will remove 3/4 of an inch. Thank you very much, Renaissance. I look forward to being a repeat customer. UPDATE #2: Manuel came back and re-did the job, removing at least an inch--often more--of the old mortar. And he was super nice about it. I'm so pleased.

Mr. Nelson Amador and his crew, especially Jaime provided AWESOME service in the professional and careful repair of the original brick exterior stairs of our 1913 rowhouse. Their work resulted in a very clean, consistent, and aesthetic finish. We have always used Renaissance to maintain the brickwork inside and outside of our home. The entire Renaissance team, from the Monique in the office through estimates and contracts with David, and final customer service meeting with Antonio, is exceptional!

Renaissance performed tuckpointing on the back of our house on the Hill more than a few years ago. It was one of the best experiences with a business I experienced while living on the Hill - the job was done right the first time, and the customer service was outstanding. Fast forward - I contacted them a few minutes ago and they already responded to provide me a receipt for tax purposes. Amazing!
